Tameka A Coley or Tami Tsansai [pronounced San Psy] is a Trauma Alchemist and multidisciplinary
creative who facilitates healing and coming home to self for rounded well-being. After 20+ years
battling Bipolar depression and anxiety, she has found peace and stability through writing, lifestyle
changes and the arts. She now teaches people how to find and embody their light in the ways she did.
Tami has amassed an impressive client list across the region and internationally; is the author of Hard
Gal Fi Dead: Musings, Poems, Notes to Self; creator of the M.A.D. Gyal Musings blog and podcast;
founder of the #itsokayJA mental health support group; and Director of Communications at the
Jamaica Mental Health Advocacy Network.
As a consultant, she helps artists and organisations tell compelling stories to connect across borders
and create social impact and continues to fulfill her mission as a healer with content that allows
