Neil Waithe is a Visual and Performance artist. He has been blessed with the opportunities of being a professional film and Theatre actor & director, photographer, film maker, lighting designer, technician and operator, sound technician, stagehand, Theatre tutor, Drama teacher, Arts facilitator, writer, poet, stand-up comedian and Master of Ceremonies. Like many, he started in church plays and then graduated to pageants and finally the National stage. He was first trained at the Errol Barrow Centre for Creative Imagination at the University of the West Indies Cavehill Campus, where he studied Theatre and Film. Neil went on to study at the School of Drama at the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts where he also worked in the multimedia, marketing and the lighting department.
