Deeply rooted in the Caribbean, he professionally exercised for 15 years in all sectors of graphic design. He produced a singular work at the crossroads of pictography, calligraphy and writing. His personal achievements are in the field of experimental visual creation. He studied graphic design in Martinique where he graduated in 1999. In 2012, Luc participated in the ‘Absent Art’ exhibition, part of the 'African and African-Caribbean Design Diaspora' event, an initiative of the British European Design Group. Years before, he participated in some collective art events in Guadeloupe, and ran his first individual show in 2015. In 2016, he was selected in the ‘DIGITAL’ exhibition of the National Gallery of Jamaica. He is mentioned in the 2022 calendar of the Caribbean Museum Center for the Arts (USVI).
He also nurtures an activity as an author of poetic writings that he accompanies with audiovisual experiences.
In 2019, he participated in ‘Transoceanic Visual Exchange’, exhibition organized by Fresh Milk Barbados. In 2021, he participated in 'Tout ce qui a continué', an international online artistic exchange project dedicated to French-speaking creators (organized by 'Les Transfrontaliers' part of ‘Zônes Théâtrales’ - biennial of theater of National Arts Center of Canada).
Mentionned in the 2022 'Island Arts & Soul' calendar from the 'Caribbean Museum Center for The Arts' (Frederiksted, US Virgin Islands), Luk published next his first monographic book intitled 'Cheminements' (transl.: 'Paths') dedicaed to his pictographic artwork.
