Cooking has always been in my DNA and I did not have to think too long to know I wanted to pursue a career in the culinary arts. In 2020 I embarked on a journey which resulted in my opening the restaurant, MY FAVORITE CHEF’S KITCHEN which is located in one of Nassau’s bustling communities. I wanted my establishment to be different so I decided to serve only healthy foods and to combine the culinary delights with a taste of real Jamaican life. Most of our dishes are grilled or boiled and the few that are fried are properly drained to decrease the consumption of oils. My restaurant stands out in that it is a place where patrons can enjoy a taste of Jamaican culture at our frequent :Pop-Up, Dung-A-Yard Sinting”. They can look forward to hearing clean Jamaican music, sitting outdoors to play dominoes and interacting with Jamaicans who share tales of Jamaican folk and modern stories.
