She was born Jackie Alicia Hanover in Georgetown
on April 28, 1990.
Her music is a fusion of Reggae, Dancehall, Pop
and Guyanese folk. She sings songs that often
chronicle the story of life in Guyana and pride in
her Afro-Guyanese heritage. Many have uplifting
and encouraging messages for listeners.
