A 6-time award-winning Mixed Media Artist – (NIFCA Professional Artist Silver Award, 3 Bronze Awards -
2016 &17 and Central Bank Crop Over Visual Arts - Best in Show and Incentive Award in Barbados 2018).
 I blog, podcast and teach Art online.  Using texture, colour, and a variety of mediums within my work my
interests lie in the use of art across disciplines and using it for creative expression to impact on health and
wellbeing.  I have worked within health, community and corporate, exhibiting and given talks on creativity
and health in the UK, Barbados and Montserrat.
I develop creative courses showing the use of alternative materials found in nature - recycle and upcycle
and find ways in which we can bring together materials in the creative process. I have also been working
with fabric, clay, natural fibres and wood.  
I have been an artist for many years, whilst combining different career paths in the Public Sector, Design,
Theatre, Education and Health.  I received my BSc (Hons) in Complementary Therapies, specialising in
holistic massage and nutrition therapy.  I run a Gardening Channel looking at the nutritional and medicinal
benefits of plants and an Art Tutorial based YouTube Channel.
