Artist Statement
My work interacts with multiple mediums that explore issues about the architectural condition, the meaning of home, the remnants of built space and its relationship with memory. I approach processes that allow me to rematerialize the experiences we have with places and objects that testify political, social, economical and domestic transformations of the built environment and how they influence us. I look for how these concepts shape us in the place we inhabit from its physicality and the one that resides in us from memory as a phenomenon that shapes our history, establishing a link between the reality of a place and the imagined one while focusing on concrete and ambiguous issues that determine our remembrance
